• All orders are made according to your specifications (colors, messages, packaging...), therefore they cannot be exchanged or returned once confirmed.

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
• A clear defect in the product.
• Receiving a completely different product than what was confirmed in the order.

• You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
• Clear photos showing the issue must be provided.
• The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and undamaged.
